Cleaning fee £25.00 per visit

£150 non refundable deposit due on time of booking

£100 deposit for breakages – credited back after inspection and clean of the property.

Full payment due 8 weeks before arrival

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to one month prior to arrival – Full refund minus deposit

Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival time – 50% refund. However if it is rebooked you will receive full refund minus deposit
